Privacy Policy
LAST UPDATED: JULY 2026
DM11 is committed to protecting your privacy and to complying with Brazil's General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018) and the GDPR. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what your rights are. We may update it from time to time, so we recommend reading it carefully and reviewing it often.
1. Information we collect
We collect data you provide through our forms, such as first name, last name, phone number, company, job title and business email.
We also automatically collect browsing information, such as URLs visited, IP address, browser type and on-site browsing behavior.
2. How we use information
The information collected is used to deliver and personalize our services and to communicate relevant news and updates.
All processing of personal data is grounded in the legal bases set out in Article 7 of the LGPD.
3. Sharing
Data is shared only with companies within the same corporate group and with service providers strictly necessary to the operation, always under appropriate legal safeguards and security measures.
4. Security
We adopt robust technical and organizational measures to protect the personal data under our responsibility.
Any security incidents involving personal data will be reported to the ANPD (Brazil's national data protection authority) and to the affected data subjects, as required by law.
5. Cookies
We use cookies to analyse usage trends and improve your browsing experience. Analytics and advertising cookies are optional, have separate boxes in the banner shown on your first visit, and nothing loads before you choose.
Our Cookie Policy names every tool in use, who processes the data for each one and what each one collects, including the session recording done by Microsoft Clarity and the masking of form fields. You can revisit your decision at any time through the Cookie preferences link in the footer of any page, and you can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
6. Data subject rights
You may exercise, at any time, the rights provided under the LGPD: confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, deletion, portability, information about sharing, objection and withdrawal of consent, as well as the right to file a complaint with the ANPD.
To exercise your rights, contact us at contato@dm11.com.br.
7. Data retention
Personal data is retained for as long as consent remains valid and as long as it is necessary for legal and contractual purposes. Once those purposes are fulfilled, the data is securely deleted.
